A White Christmas
Starting off the Christmas Holiday with snow is like icing on a cake. Growing up in Ohio that didn't happen often, That doesn't mean we didn't wished for it, the snow seemed to always fall just after Christmas, just before we went back to school. This Holiday season we got a treat! A white icy Christmas. I don't know about you but the feeling of the new fallen show on Christmas Morning is peaceful. That is until.......
Rain turns to ice and then snow, 4ft drifts and negative temps.
BUT! Our team... our team worked tirelessly around the clock to make sure that drives, sidewalks and roads were passable so that our clients could get where they needed to be Christmas weekend. Needless to say, I still love the newly fallen snow and I still find it peaceful, however I have a new found respect for those that work in the elements making sure we can get where we need to be.
A huge thank you to our clients for understanding that it was super cold and that our team needed to thaw out. Thank you to our team for working so hard to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Winter is typically our "off" season. While some employees get laid off and others work reduced hours. They are here to help maintain equipment, clean trucks and stage for the next snow event. That also means that this is the time we do upgrades around the building or to the building. You know a little "house keeping"... ha!
If you call or stop in for a meeting, please pardon our mess or the noises that you may here. We have impact drills, saws, and so much more going on in the background, and boy is it loud. You will find new walls going up and drywall being placed and I'm sure something else is being built as I type this. Whatever the case maybe we are preparing for a great 2023.
Our "off-season" also gives our guys a time to rest and recoup a bit before the 100 days of hell start in just a couple of months. Our full team will return on March 6th and we will start throwing mulch shortly after that. Right now, we rest and prepare.
Rock Star of The Month
Rock star of the month will resume in February. We took a few months off so that we could revamp this recognition. We have taken the time to design shirts and come up with different awards as our team votes for a rockstar each month. We finally have everything in place to make this a seamless transition.
